This is the essential first appointment for all new curl clients at HEIR. The Curl Discovery Session gives us the time to truly get to know your curl pattern, hair history and lifestyle so we can create a plan that works for you and your hair.

Q: What products do you use for curly hair? A: We have a handpicked selection of products, specifically designed for curly hair, ensuring your curls get the treatment they deserve.
Q: Do you offer education for maintaining curls? A: Absolutely! We provide specialist education to help you understand and maintain your curls at home, using our tried and tested methods.
Q: What is the steam infusion hydrating treatment? A: This incredible treatment will leave your curls looking and feeling incredible. Gentle heat from a specific steam flow will allow the hydrating treatment to penetrate the deeper layers of your hair.
Q: Can I still wear my hair straight after a curl-enhancing cut? A: Absolutely, however, please make sure you discuss this with the stylist, as they may alter their cutting technique to suit your preferences. The curl treatment is not a permanent treatment and will only enhance your natural texture, it won’t alter the hair permanently.
Q: I’m not sure what to book in for. A: No problem, just complete on online consultation and we will provide exact and bespoke advice to help you to move forward with the correct services and products to achieve your goal.
